When placing an order by phone,
please submit the following: |

Quantity and sizes of all apparel. |

Colors of all items broken down into sizes.

|
A 50% down payment, or a credit card number
for security. |
|
Purchase order and Tax ID number when
necessary. |
|
A list of locations, sizes, and number
of colors in each print.
[examples are: left chest, full back, right
sleeve, etc.] |

Artwork:
- We have a large selection of clip art for you to choose from if you do not already have a design. When you come in to our shop,
you can look through our catalog of clip art to find a design that is right for you.
- If you are creating your own design, to keep artwork fees to a minimum, you must create you design in a vector image program, such
as Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. The file must be saved as a .ai or .eps file. Copying and pasting
artwork into an Illustrator file will not work. The
image must be originally created as a vector image.
- If you cannot supply us with a vector image, if you can bring in a smooth black and white print out of your design, we can possibly scan it
in and convert it to a vector image, depending upon the quality of your print out.
- All
other artwork files and any work that we must do to any design will require an art fee [art fees are $40
per hour, billed by the quarter-hour] All new or changed artwork will
have a $5 film charge attached to the order. If artwork fees are included
in an order, the film charge will be included with the artwork total.
